1. About the service

MarcAI provides sports statistics, probabilities computed by mathematical models, calculators (for example the "Ticket X-ray") and a public prediction history.

The information is for information and entertainment purposes. It is not financial advice or betting advice.

2. Minimum age

The service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this condition. We may raise the age threshold if the law requires it.

3. No bets, no affiliation

MarcAI is not a gambling operator, does not accept bets and does not hold funds for betting. In this phase we have no affiliation, partnership or commercial relationship with gambling operators and we do not show links to them.

4. Your account and your content

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Content you publish (comments, messages) must respect the law and the community rules: no accusations against individuals, no referral codes, no promotion of operators.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and will tell you why.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Premium, Pro) and the 7-day trial will be available at launch. Before payments go live we will publish the full seller identification and the renewal and cancellation terms.

You will be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

6. Limitation of liability

Predictions are probabilistic and can be wrong. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information in the service, including any losses from bets placed with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law applies. For complaints you can write to contact@marcai.ro. You also have the right to contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or to use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedures.
