Withdrawal and refunds
Subscriptions are not live yet. The rules below will apply once payments launch.
This text is a working version and may change before launch.
1. The 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.
2. Immediate access to the service
If you ask for immediate access to the digital service, we will ask for your explicit agreement through a checkbox that is unticked by default. By agreeing you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has started.
3. Trial period
The 7-day trial will have a clear end date, shown when you sign up. We will email you before the trial turns into a paid subscription.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid. For refund requests write to contact@marcai.ro; we review them case by case.
