Privacy policy
We collect as little data as possible, only to provide the service. We do not sell data and we do not share it with gambling operators.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Account data (email address, display name), preferences (language, theme), content you publish and the minimum technical data needed for security (for example access logs).
The current version of the site uses no behavioural analytics and no advertising.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service and managing your account (performance of a contract), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), legal and tax obligations (legal obligation). Any additional processing, such as marketing emails or personalisation based on your ticket history, will ask for your consent.
4. Processors
We use hosting and infrastructure providers in the European Union. The full list of processors will be published here before launch.
5. Retention
We keep account data while the account is active, then delete or anonymise it, except for data the law requires us to keep (for example tax documents).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. You can write to us at contact@marcai.ro. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
